Terms of Use

Effective October 28, 2026. These terms govern Footballion, operated by BTech LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The game

Footballion provides free trivia for entertainment. Scores, streaks, tiers, and rankings are informal game features. There are no cash prizes, wagers, or guarantees of accuracy. We may update questions, scoring, features, and availability. A historical answer may be corrected when an error is found.

Fair use

Use the game lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, abuse its infrastructure, interfere with other visitors, or use automated traffic to manipulate advertising. Do not click ads to support the site or encourage others to do so. Local game records can be changed or lost and do not establish competitive entitlements.

Ownership and independence

Footballion branding, original artwork, game code, and site materials belong to BTech LLC or their respective rights holders. You may play and share the game's result text for personal use. Other uses remain subject to applicable rights and law. NFL, franchise, player, and third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Their use identifies trivia subjects and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Availability and limitations

The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BTech LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the game. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Third parties

The site may contain external links and advertisements. Third parties control their services, content, and policies. Your use of those services is governed by their applicable terms.

Privacy and changes

See our Privacy Policy for information about browser storage and advertising. We may revise these terms and publish an updated effective date. Contact hello@footballion.xyz with questions.
